Affiliate Program Terms

You earn $5 every month for each active member you refer, for as long as their paid membership stays active. The person you refer gets $5 off their first month of any plan. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can have, and no fee to join the program.

"Active" means the referral's membership (Founding Pilot or Pilot Pro) is paid and not refunded. If they cancel, the $5 stops — you keep everything you already earned.

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• You need an Avionic Ledger account and a connected payout method (Bank via Stripe, or PayPal) to withdraw your earnings.
• Payouts are available in the United States initially. We will expand to additional countries as the program grows.

The minimum withdrawal is $10. You request a withdrawal from your affiliate dashboard and we pay it out through the same rails as seller payouts — bank transfer (Stripe) or PayPal. There are no payout fees; you keep every dollar you earn.

Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is released. We review for fraud and abuse before sending payment, and we can hold a payout while we investigate suspected abuse. If we find a referral was manufactured, self-referred, or otherwise in violation of these terms, we can reverse the associated credits and decline the withdrawal.

• No self-referrals. Self-referrals are blocked automatically — the program rewards you for bringing new members to the platform.
• No brand bidding. Don't bid on "Avionic Ledger" or similar branded search terms in paid ads. You can't run ads that compete with our own marketing on our own name.
• No coupon-site spam. Don't post your link on coupon, deal, or discount sites, or in comment sections and forums where it isn't welcome.
• No misleading claims. Don't make promises about pricing, earnings, or guarantees we don't make ourselves. Don't imply we endorse you, or that you're an employee.
• Disclose the relationship. When you share your link, make it clear you may earn a commission if someone signs up. This is required by FTC endorsement rules and it's just honest. A simple "affiliate link" or "I may earn a commission" near the link is enough.

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask you to complete a W-9 before we release payouts above $600 in a calendar year, as required by US tax law.

We can update these terms as the program grows. When we do, the current version always lives at this URL — avionicledger.com/affiliate-terms. If you keep sharing your link after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms. If a change ever doesn't work for you, you can stop participating at any time and keep the earnings you've already been paid.
